    Iron Shutter Bolt (dog). Shell motif, from Strawberry Hill Plantation House. By 1828 Thomas Alston, son of "King Billy" had a home here on banks of Waccamaw River and records show white was brushes, brass door knockers and a dozen shutter bolts were ordered.
